This is a two-day comprehensive course designed for the Dental Surgeon with dental implant experience who would like to broaden their surgical expertise. The course combines didactic lectures and hands-on clinics on Cadavers. Dr. Eli Raviv and his team will cover everything from immediate implant placement, Tissue and Bone grafting techniques (Cancellous Vs. Block grafting), Block bone harvesting techniques (Symphysis and Ramus), Ridge Splitting and Expansion, Lateral (open window) as well as Crestal sinus lift/augmentation, Trephine techniques and recent innovation and science relating to Implant Dentistry and predictable long term success.

During the hands-on clinic the participant will have one on one interaction with the instructors and be supervised performing procedures from start to finish on the mandible and maxilla building their confidence and allowing them to bring this knowledge back to their dental practice the next day.
